Operational management for sustainable food resilience is a strategic approach to designing, managing, and optimizing operational processes that support sustainable food availability, access, and stability, especially at the household and community levels. This approach includes efficient food supply chain planning, wise resource management, and the application of technology and innovation to increase the productivity and adaptability of food systems to shocks such as climate change, economic crises, and natural disasters. This bibliometric review aims to map the structure of permaculture research from 2022-2024, highlighting the current research trends and future directions in this fields. The review uses bibliographic coupling and co-word analysis on 4892 documents retrieved from the Scopus database.
