Edaradd^{<i>swhKyo</i>}

A spontaneous sparse-and-wavy (swh) mutation was identified in WTC-swh/Kyo rats. A missense mutation (C to T) in exon 6 of the swh/swh Edaradd gene was identified in the mutant rat.<br>ASSOCIATED WITH abnormal awl hair morphology; abnormal hair texture; abnormal mammary gland alveolus morphology; ASSOCIATED WITH hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia在一组 WTC-swh/Kyo 大鼠中，一种自发的稀疏且波动的（swh）突变被发现。在 swh/swh Edaradd 基因的第6外显子中，鉴定出一种错义突变（C到T）存在于突变大鼠中。此突变与异常的awl毛发形态、异常的毛发质地、异常的乳腺腺泡形态相关联；并与汗腺减少性外胚层发育不良相关。
