Data on the effect of preoperative low-dose ketamine in opioid-naïve patients undergoing colon surgery when nitrous oxide is used - a randomized study

The file shows in the ketamine and control groups the original patient’s demographic data, intraoperative analgesic data and duration of surgery, the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores from time point 0 to time point 7, and the hemodynamic parameters (blood pressures systolic and diastolic in mmHg, respiratory rate, and heart rate) from time point 0 to time point 7. Variables: Sex: 1=male, 2=female; VAS score between 0 to 10; Remifentml (ml): 1 ml=0.01 mg of remifentanil; Morf (mg): morphine administered at the end of surgery.
