ReSeq Test Data: Hs-Nova-TruSeq Illumina Error Profile

Pre-computed Illumina sequencing error and quality profile for use with ReSeq (https://github.com/berntpopp/ReSeq). Contains a .reseq statistics file and .ipf probability estimates file generated from real Illumina NovaSeq TruSeq data. Used for regression testing and as input to seqToIllumina and illuminaPE simulation commands.
