We aim to elucidate the impact and mechanisms of myeloid-specific Mst1 knockout on the progression of liver fibrosis. Macrophages are a crucial component of the cellular microenvironment in liver fibrosis and play a pivotal role in the initiation and progression of the disease. By RNA-seq in macrophages, we can effectively dissect the specific molecular mechanisms by which macrophages influence liver fibrosis, providing potential therapeutic targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver fibrosis. To this end, we performed RNA-seq in the PEMs of wild-type and myeloid-specific Mst1 knockout mice infected with S.japonicum.
