甜蜜素(以环已基氨基磺酸钠计)是属无营养的甜味剂,主要用于增加食品的口感,其甜度是蔗糖的30~40倍。常用于糕点、饼干、饮品等食品中,过量使用可能会对身体健康造成危害。本数据可以对各类食品中甜蜜素含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府部门监管提供依据,避免因甜蜜素超标使用而产生食品安全问题,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、受理日期、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)各类食品中甜蜜素含量监测总数,为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)各类食品中甜蜜素含量检出问题项次数,通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)各类食品中甜蜜素含量问题发现率=各类食品中甜蜜素含量检出问题项次数/各类食品中甜蜜素含量监测总数。

Sodium cyclamate (calculated as sodium cyclohexylsulfamate) is a non-nutritive sweetener primarily used to improve the sensory texture of foods. It has a sweetness 30 to 40 times that of sucrose and is widely applied in foods such as pastries, biscuits, and beverages. Excessive addition of cyclamate in food may pose health risks to consumers. This dataset enables safety assessment of cyclamate content across various food categories, providing a scientific basis for government regulatory supervision, preventing food safety issues caused by overuse of cyclamate, and further safeguarding consumer food safety. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including sample ID, acceptance date, number of tested samples, sample name, test item, detection method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, and unit of measurement, etc. 2. Data Processing: (1) Compliance judgment for standard limits: Use IF and OR functions to determine whether the standard limit is exceeded. Samples with reported values as "not detected" or reported values lower than the maximum allowable limit are considered non-excessive, while others are deemed excessive. (2) Total number of monitored samples for cyclamate content in each food category refers to the total number of tested samples within the dataset's statistical scope. (3) Number of non-compliant items detected for cyclamate content in each food category: Sum the number of test samples that exceed the standard limit using the SUMIF function. (4) Non-compliance rate of cyclamate content in each food category = (Number of non-compliant items detected for cyclamate content in the food category) / (Total number of monitored samples for cyclamate content in the food category).
