Fibroblasts were plated at 20,000 cells/well in AMCF media. After 24 hours, macrophages were plated at 30,000 cells/well either alone, on top of fibroblasts, or with transwell in BMDM media. 24-hours later, media removed and replaced with AMCF containing 100 ng/mL LPS.
