This dataset contains the complete enumeration of the 84 returnable triangular registry seats used in the Octomorphic Framework and Reaction Atlas v2.0. Each row corresponds to a discrete triangular seat defined by integer coordinates and derived coherence quantities. These seats form the discrete registry substrate from which all higher-order structures in the framework—particles, resonators, and chemical bond motifs—are constructed. The registry is generated algorithmically under strict returnability and coherence constraints, including: participation in closed cycles, reversibility under traversal, bounded coherence deviation (ΔL ≤ 2/8 for lawful edges), explicit classification of marginal and gradient pathways. No energetic quantities are assigned directly to individual seats. All energetic behavior in the framework emerges from patterns of adjacency, constraint, and collapse between seats. This dataset is the canonical, machine-readable reference for: registry enumeration, lawful and sublawful adjacency construction, spectral topology calculations, gradient path identification, and all Reaction Atlas v2.0 computations. The file is intended to be used programmatically and is referenced by DOI in the accompanying theoretical papers rather than reproduced inline.
