This dataset examined the effect of Sgf29 knockout in mouse MLL-AF9 cells. The gene expression profiling (RNA-seq) and the chromatin targeting of SGF29 (TST-ChIP-seq) are reported. Cas9-expressing mouse MLL-AF9 leukemia cells were transduced with sgCtrl and sgSgf29. RNAseq: The total RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Mini Kit (74104, QIAGEN) and submitted for RNA-seq at Novogene (PE150, NovoSeq6000). H3K9ac ChIP-seq: anti-H3K9ac antibody (61663, Active Motif) cautured genomic DNA was submitted for ChIP-seq at Novogene (PE150, NovaSeq6000). TST-ChIP-seq: SGF29-TST cautured genomic DNA was submitted for ChIP-seq at Novogene (PE150, NovaSeq6000).
