Cascading regime shifts within and across scales

This dataset was used in the study "Cascading regime shifts within and across scales". A detailed description of our methods is available as a preprint at https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/07/07/364620, and all the code is open source available at https://github.com/juanrocha/Domino. The dataset comprises three comma separated value (.csv) files: "RegimeShiftsDatabase" and "Regime_Shifts_Database_Case_Studies" were both downloaded from the original source, the regime shift database (www.regimeshifts.org). The numbers on the files names correspond to the dates they were downloaded. Functions to read and restructure these files are available on our github repo. The third file "RS_CLD_2018" contains the curated causal diagrams used in our analysis.
