Processed GeoMx DSP CTA and protein outputs for a longitudinal EGFR-mutant NSCLC cohort

This deposition contains processed GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) outputs, including probe QC and normalization tables for CTA (RNA) and protein panels, generated from a longitudinal, patient-matched EGFR-mutant NSCLC biopsy cohort collected at baseline and after resistance to first and third generation of EGFR-TKIs (T0/T1/T2). These files support the QC, normalization, and downstream analyses reported in the associated manuscript. No personally identifiable patient information is included.
