contact toxicity studies of Evodia rutaecarpa against Tribolium castaneum (Herbst)

This study evaluated the contact toxicity, enzyme activity effects, molecular docking analyses, and integrated transcriptomics and proteomics of E. rutaecarpa extracts against T. castaneum. It revealed the sequential physiological processes of the T. castaneum, overcoming limitations of previous single-omics studies. These findings provide theoretical basis for developing effective and environmentally sustainable botanical insecticides for storage pests.
