CSSP_Mtrunc_UPLC_Neg_mode

Metabolomic comparison of Medicago truncatula (Jester, A17) roots infected with Mucoromycotina 'fine root endophytes' (MFRE) and controls. Data were collected by UPLC in both Neg and Pos ionisation modes and include blank runs and QCs (pooled samples run along to measure machine 'drift'). Samples were run on SYNAPT G2 Q-TOF mass spectrometer with an electrospray ionization at the BiOMICS facility, University of Sheffield. The were converted from .RAW to MzXML using MSConvert. Subsequent data were compiled for analysis using XCMS online before being queried with MetaboAnalyst software.
