Study-level dataset and reproducible analysis code for "Resection Rates after Conversion Therapy for Initially Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the final locked study-level dataset and reproducible analysis code supporting the editorial revision of “Resection Rates after Conversion Therapy for Initially Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis” (Frontiers in Oncology, Manuscript ID 1898480). The primary quantitative synthesis includes 34 studies, 5,137 treated patients, and 1,042 completed hepatectomies. The crude aggregate resection rate is 20.3% (1,042/5,137), whereas the random-effects modeled pooled resection rate is 25.40% (95% CI, 20.74%–30.69%; I²=91.5%). This repository includes the final study-level analytic dataset, data dictionary, reproducible Python verification script, analysis summary, exploratory treatment-era meta-regression results, verification output, README, and SHA256 checksums. The exploratory publication-year meta-regression yielded an odds ratio of 1.19 per decade (95% CI, 0.77–1.83; P=0.440). All data are aggregate study-level data derived from previously published reports. No individual participant-level data are included.
