The strain Allosalinactinospora lopnorensis CA15-2T was isolated from the rhizophere of Tamarisk tree of Lop Nor region, which belongs to a kind of extreme circumstances, e.g. hot, drought, high salinity and radiation pollution. In this study, we try to figure out the feature of this strain, including phylogenetic relationship, potential secondary metabolic biosynthetic gene clusters by the whole genome analysis.
