microCT data for swine vagus nerve
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the microCT image stacks, labeled fascicles, and calculated fractional contribution of the trunk, cardiac branch, recurrent laryngeal branch, and bronchopulmonary branch at each fascicular cross-section that correspond to the stimulated, imaged, and modeled swine vagus nerve used in Rossetti, N., Song, W., Schnepel, P. et al. Control of spatiotemporal activation of organ-specific fibers in the swine vagus nerve by intermittent interferential current stimulation. Nat Commun 16, 4419 (2025). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-025-59595-4 pigseg1top.zip, pigseg1bottom.zip, pigseg2.zip, pigseg3.zip, pigseg4.zip, and pigseg5.zip contain the microCT image stacks for each segment of the nerve. gt.zip contains xlsx files for each segment (except pigseg5 because it was below the level of the branches of interest). Each xlsx file contains the labeled fascicular ground truth. The Edges sheet shows how the nodes are connected into a graph so that fractions can be propagated along the graph. The EndNodes reference the Nodes sheet where node 1 is the first node after the header. Each node contains several properties: (X, Y, diameterX, diameterY, angle) that defines an elliptical cross-section, frame number that corresponds to the index of the file in the image stack where the first image is index 1 regardless of the number in the filename, and (pct_trunk, pct_cardiac, pct_RLN, pct_BP) that stores the calculated fractional contribution of the trunk, cardiac branch, recurrent laryngeal branch, and bronchopulmonary branch for each fascicular cross-section based on the mixing model that is described in the paper.
