Metabolomics dataset of frozen–thawed dairy goat spermatozoa following L-selenomethionine supplementation in the freezing extender

This dataset contains raw and processed non-targeted LC-MS metabolomics data from frozen-thawed dairy goat spermatozoa with or without L-selenomethionine (L-SeMet) supplementation in the freezing extender. The files include raw MS data, processed metabolite tables, annotation results, QC-related information, and sample metadata. Data were acquired in both positive and negative ion modes and processed using ProteoWizard, XCMS, and CAMERA. The dataset was generated to investigate metabolomic alterations associated with L-SeMet treatment during dairy goat sperm cryopreservation and is publicly shared to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and data reuse.
