Elizabethkingia miricola genome sequencing and assembly. Elizabethkingia miricola strain:EM_CHUV

we describe here the whole genome sequence and analysis of a clinical isolate of Elizabethkingia miricola associated to patient death after a septic choc from a respiratory tract origin. Furthermore, a genome comparison is performed to investigate his relationship with the other species of the same Genus.
