ANALYSIS OF THE TELECONSULTING IMPLEMENTATION FOR BACK-REFERRAL PROGRAM NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE WITH DIABETES MELLITUS CASES IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

The social security agency of health has introduced FKTP Teleconsulting as one of its tactics to uphold social distancing while not sacrificing patients' abilities to acquire specialized medical services from First Level Health Facilities (FKTP). This investigation utilizes a qualitative research procedure and was carried out from September to November 2022 in the City of South Jakarta FKTP, the social security agency of health's South Jakarta Branch, and the social security agency of health's Primary Health Care Guarantee Division at the Head Office. Data compilation methods included focus group discussions, in-depth conversations with key informants, and a review of documents.
