The objective of our research is to investigate the features of T cell receptors (TCR) sequences in both tumor tissue and venous blood of high-grade glioma (HGG) patients, and to satisfy potential therapeutic value by searching for specific TCR sequences. During the research, tumor tissues and blood samples of 35 patients with HGG were selected after surgery. After isolating cells’ DNA, multiple PCR was used to establish DNA immune repertoire (IR). Then the sequences and frequency of TCR-CDR3 region were identified by double-terminal high-throughput sequencing and IR analysis.
