资源简介：
Our study investigated two novel Scytonema strains based on morphological (Light microscope observation), molecular (the 16S rRNA, the 16S-23S rRNA ITS regions) and genome comparasion analyses. All results indictated that our strains formed a monophyletic and distinct morphological feautrues which were different to the decribed Scytonema speices. Furthermore, our strains can product odor compound as 2-MIB, after confirming on GC/MS/MS and PCR detection and genome information.
