RNA-seq of germinating seeds under salt stress

To gain more insight into the underlying mechanisms of salt tolerance during early seed germination. Arabidopsis seeds were germinated in half strength MS medium with or without 100mM or 150mM Sodium chloride. A comparative RNA-seq analysis was performed using 60 hours old germinating seeds either at normal condition or 100mM and 150mM sodium chloride treatment with three biological replicates.
