Transcriptome evolution during sorghum internode development in Biomass140

This dataset aims to describe the evolution of the transcriptome of the internode of the commercial hybrid "Biomass140". It contains fastq sequences produced on three different field trials (2013, 2014 and 2015). These sequences correspond to different internode levels sampled at different stages of development in two water availability treatments. This dataset has been produced with the support of the Biomass for the Future project (https://www6.inra.fr/biomassforthefuture/) funded by ANR and the BIOSORGH project funded by the Cariplo and Agropolis fondations.
