Moreover, analyzing fluctuations in gas consumption of industrial and commercial users can also detect and identify potential safety risks, enabling timely intervention to prevent accidents, protect the safety of both users and the company, and promote the sound development of the gas industry. 1. Data Collection: Meter readers perform on-site meter reading for industrial and commercial users, and upload the readings of users' meters through dedicated devices. 2. Data Processing: Clean the collected data by excluding entries with a meter reading of 0 or null values, then classify the valid data by user to form the basic dataset. 3. Data Analysis: Classify the processed data by user, and conduct statistical calculations based on algorithmic formulas. The user ID, user name, meter number and unit price are actual user information from the business system. The last meter reading time, current meter reading time, controlled remaining balance (in cubic meters or yuan) from the previous period, controlled remaining balance (in cubic meters or yuan) from the current period, previous flow meter reading and current flow meter reading are all extracted from the industrial and commercial meter reading upload tasks. The recharge amount refers to the total recharge data of the user within the time range of the current day's meter reading; according to user configuration, if the billing method is amount-based, the recharge amount is taken as the monetary value, while if it is volume-based, the recharge amount is taken as the gas volume. That is, Recharge Amount = Sum of the user's recharged gas volume or recharged monetary amount. The total controlled deduction amount for the current period (in cubic meters) is calculated as follows: for volume-based billing, the formula is Previous Period Remaining + Recharge Amount - Current Period Remaining; for amount-based billing, the formula is (Previous Period Remaining + Recharge Amount - Current Period Remaining) / Unit Price. The total flow meter usage for the current period (in cubic meters) = Current Flow Meter Reading - Previous Flow Meter Reading. The error amount (in cubic meters) = Total Flow Meter Usage for Current Period - Total Controlled Deduction Amount for Current Period.
