The goal was to study effects of PNU282987 (50uM, 2 h) on WT BMDM gene expression. Chrna7 deficient BMDMs were included as control since PNU282987 is a7nACHR agonist. PNU282987 activated TFEB in BMDMs. To study whether TFEB contributed to PNU282987-induced genetic profile, Tfeb floxed and Tfeb deficient BMDMs (Tfeb conditional knockout mice) were treated with PNU282987.
