To investigate the effects of endocrine treatment in combination with SMAC mimetics in ER+ breast cancer on tumor cell response to IFNg Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data from MCF7 cells grown in Hormone deprived conditions or in the presence of estradiol and stimulated with IFNg for 6, 12, 24 and 48h.
