资源简介:
Description: This dataset contains two supplementary tables reporting dynamic proteomic data from a time-course resistance training experiment in rat skeletal muscle. The study aimed to characterise temporal patterns of protein-specific adaptation by quantifying both absolute abundance and synthesis rates. Experimental Design: Male rats underwent a 10-, 20-, or 30-day programmed resistance training regimen involving daily electrical stimulation (5 sets of 10 contractions per day) of the left tibialis anterior muscle. The contralateral leg served as a control. To assess dynamic changes in the muscle proteome, animals were continuously labelled with deuterium oxide (D₂O), and samples were analysed by peptide-level LC-MS/MS to quantify: Absolute protein abundance (grams)Absolute protein synthesis rates (grams/day)Muscle samples were collected at Days 0, 10, 20, and 30. Contents: Table S1: Absolute protein abundance values with statistical results from 2-way ANOVA and fold changes (Stimulated vs Control at each time point).Table S2: Absolute protein synthesis rates with corresponding statistical comparisons and fold changes. Each protein entry includes gene/protein identifiers, quantification metrics, and differential expression statistics. Data are presented in tidy format to facilitate reuse.
