In this study we employed metagenomic approach to characterize the bacterial and fungal community (using 16S and ITS regions) in days with high levels of ozone and suspended particles in Mexico City (from March 14 to 16, 2016). For sampling airborne microorganisms a Total Suspended Particles, Jet and Hirst Spore Trap sampler were used. The metagenomic 16S and ITS parcial genes were sequenced with the Illumina Platform.
