We performed RNA-seq experiments on 14 samples to identify differential expressed genes between MelanA- and caIKK-treated monocyte-derived dendritic cells (DCs). DCs electroporated with RNA encoding melanoma antigen recognized by T cells 1 (MelanA) were used as control, and DCs electroporated with RNA encoding constitutively active IKKÃ (caIKK) were used as case.
