NRS-10788 | Certificates of Competency as Master of a Harbour and River Steamer

These certificates give the name, address, date and place of birth, and the signature of the holder; the running number of the certificate; date and place of the examination; and the port and date of issue. There are also copies of certificates previously granted and reissued on the loss of the original including a few certificates originally issued by the Department of Navigation, but reissued after its functions were taken over by the Maritime Services Board in 1936.
