SiteCal-MRI: label-free, site-specific false-positive calibration for brain MRI anomaly maps

Code and derived data for: Bhattarai, Sharma, Rashmi and Khanal, "Site-specific, label-free false-positive guarantees for deploying brain MRI anomaly detection across scanners". The deposit contains the analysis code, patient-level split files, hash-frozen protocols with their SHA-256 records, deviation logs, run summaries and output tables, 16×16 anomaly-score maps, and the results register from which every reported number is generated. No source image is included; the source datasets (IXI, OASIS-1, BraTS 2021 accessed through TCIA, the 1000 Functional Connectomes Project and MSLesSeg) must be obtained from their providers under their own terms.
