Gene expression panel analysis of WT and RELMα KO lung homogenate at day 30 post infection with Nippostrongylus brasiliensis.

WT or KO mice were subctaneously injected with 500 L3 larvae or saline and euthanized after 30 days. The lungs were excised and digested to generate a single cells suspension, from which total RNA was extracted from 1 million cells for gene expression analysis. We used the nanostring Mouse Immunology Panel to analyze 561 genes associated with immunology.
