Single cell RNAseq of engineered human mini bones for the standarized modeling of healthy hematopoiesis, leukemia and solid tumor metastasis

We have engineered human mesenchymal cell line-derived mini-bones as a model to study healthy hematopoiesis, leukaemia and solid tumor metastasis. MSOD-B cells were used to engineer cartilage tissues in vitro followed by the subcutaneous implantation in mice for the bone formation. ***Raw data not available due to patient privacy concerns***
