ISROC Dataset for: Localized tsunamigenic earthquakes inferred from preferential distribution of coastal boulders on the Ryukyu Islands, Japan

This document contains standardized data as an Excel and NC file and explanatory notes for "Localized tsunamigenic earthquakes inferred from preferential distribution of coastal boulders on the Ryukyu Islands, Japan." The project surveyed 272 coastal boulder deposits on the Ryukyu Islands. The boulders in the southern part of the Ryukyu Islands are markers of tsunami history in this region. Therefore, the boulder's movement or lack of movement can hint at the intensity of the tsunamis impacting this area.
