Supporting data for ”Foraminiferal eDNA: Exploring Its Potential as a Novel Proxy for Past Sea-level Change"

The detailed supporting data of thesis entitled "Foraminiferal eDNA: Exploring Its Potential as a Novel Proxy for Past Sea-level Change". This thesis advances methodological approaches for late Holocene relative sea-level (RSL) reconstruction by validating foraminiferal environmental DNA (eDNA) as a robust complementary proxy. This dataset incorporated raw and processed data, along with the detailed analytical results that support the three Chapters of works incorporated in this thesis. Each of these Chapters along with the corresponding data represents an published/pending to be published papers to journals, as well as their supplementary materials. Part of this dataset has been incorporated into the appendix of the thesis as supporting materials.
