资源简介:
As major countries and regions around the world enter the "antibiotic-free feed" era, the search for natural alternatives to feed antibiotics has become a research hotspot. Ampelopsis grossedentata Hand-Mazz., also known as Meicha, is a wild vine plant of the Vitaceae family, with a flavonoid content of over 43%, earning it the title of "King of Flavonoids. Previous studies by our team have found that water extract of Ampelopsis grossedentata can improve ovarian health in laying hens while enhancing egg production performance, but there has been no research on if it can promote broiler growth and improve meat quality. In the present study, the effects of Water Extract of Ampelopsis grossedentata (WEA) on the growth performance, slaughtering performance, meat quality, serum biochemistry, antioxidant, intestinal morphology and intestinal flora of white feather broilers were evaluated through the addition of five different doses of WEA to the diets.
