Subdivisions

A subdivision is the legal development and division of a plot of land per the Orange County Subdivision process resulting in a recorded plat. The boundaries and related information is developed and maintained by the Orange County Property Appraisers Office. This representation of the subdivision layer differentiates between the platted condominium, right-of-way, subdivision and timeshare areas.宗地细分（subdivision）指依据奥兰治县宗地细分流程，对单宗土地开展合法开发与分割，最终形成已备案的宗地规划图（plat）。该图层的边界及相关信息由奥兰治县财产评估办公室负责编制与维护。本宗地细分图层的数据集表述，可区分已备案共管公寓（condominium）地块、通行权用地（right-of-way）、宗地细分地块以及分时度假（timeshare）区域四类对象。
