CD84 can be expressed on stromal cells in CLL, its target gene in these cells have yet to be identified. This experiment aimed at determining the CD84 regulated genes on stroma. Overall design: We compared gene expression profiles in M210B4 cells treated with the isotype (IgG1) or CD84 activation. Cell were lysed and total RNA was isolated, reverse-transcribed, fragmented, labeled and hybridized to Affymetrix Mouse Gene 2.0 ST.
