Coriell Biorepositories is a biobank maintained by the Coriell Institute for Medical Research, which provides high-quality biological materials including cell lines, stem cells, DNA and RNA. This database contains disease-specific DNA samples, such as samples of genetic disorders like cystic fibrosis, Huntington's disease, Alzheimer's disease, as well as tumor-associated samples. The samples are accompanied by detailed clinical phenotypic and genotypic data, and are widely used in genomics research, NGS sequencing technology validation and clinical diagnostic laboratory compliance verification.
