Levy Time Crystals

We introduce Levy time crystals, driven many-body systems where subharmonic order is controlledby heavy-tailed control statistics rather than Gaussian noise. Levy-distributed pulse errorslead to a non-analytic scaling of the decay rate, providing a direct dynamical signature of rareeventfluctuations. When the drive timing is heavy-tailed, renewal dynamics produces algebraicdecay without a characteristic timescale. Heavy-tailed control noise thus places temporal order ina regime governed by rare events rather than heating. Here is the Python code we used to perform the research.
