RNA-Seq of E. coli DY330 in different growth phases

To quantify the transcription level of genes for Escherichia coli DY330 in different growth phases a series of RNA-Seq experiments was performed. Total RNA was extracted and sequenced from E. coli DY330 culture growing in LB medium at different time-points after starter culture inoculation: 2 h after the starter inoculation (OD600~0.6, exponential phase culture); 6 h after the starter inoculation (OD600~6, exponential-to-stationary phase transition culture); 14 h after the starter inoculation (OD600~10, stationary phase culture). For each condition 3 biological replicates were processed and sequenced.
