The raw data of pika diet DNA for metabarcoding.

File names consist of 8 characters. The first two digits represent the sampling year. The third character, either 'G' or 'P', denotes whether the sample is from a Gansu pika or a Plateau pika, respectively. The fourth character, either 'R' or 'N', indicates the sampling location: 'R' for roadside and 'N' for meadow. The fifth digit is the sampling site number. The sixth character is a hyphen (connecting character). Finally, 'R1' and 'R2' represent the forward and reverse sequencing results of the same sample, respectively.
