Armlifebank

ArmLifeBank is a FAIR-compliant biomedical data platform developed to centralize, preserve, and share research data generated by Armenian scientific laboratories. The platform integrates genomic, transcriptomic, clinical, and multi-omics datasets into a unified and interoperable infrastructure, increasing the visibility, accessibility, and reuse potential of Armenian biomedical research. Built on the FAIRDOM-SEEK framework, ArmLifeBank supports standardized metadata annotation, persistent identifiers, and ontology-based organization to ensure interoperability with international scientific resources. The platform provides secure data management, collaborative research tools, and analytical pipelines for reproducible data analysis. By consolidating research outputs from diverse biomedical fields, including population genetics, hereditary diseases, cancer genomics, environmental health, and plant genomics, ArmLifeBank promotes open science, strengthens international collaboration, and supports the development of precision medicine approaches tailored to the Armenian population.
