16S rRNA data of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soils of the control, FZB42, and CheA treatments

Analyzing the rhizosphere bacterial community is essential for understanding the biocontrol mechanisms of Bacillus spp. Hence, the bacterial communities in the rhizosphere of maize were analyzed in response to B. veleznsis FZB42, and cheA mutant, which has a defect in rhizosphere colonization.
