This dataset contains soil organic carbon data over the Arctic region (60°N - 90°N) simulated by six models including DLEM, ISAM, LPJ, LPX-Bern, ORCHIDEE and SDGVM from the TRENDY international carbon modeling intercomparison project. The temporal span of the dataset is 1981-2020, with a spatial resolution of 0.5 degrees, and the unit is kg C/m². It was generated under Scenario 3, the scenario with simultaneous changes in CO₂ concentration, climate and land use.
