K. pneumoniae from hospital wastewater

This is a collection of WGS data (paired fastq) from Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates obtained from the wastewater of a large hospital in Riga, Latvia. These data are intended as the supplementary material for the research manuscript investigating the spread of carbapenem-resistant K. pneumoniae in the hospital. Analysis also includes genomes of isolates from patients and the hospital environment - these are published under a separate study accession. The respective accession number and manuscript will be linked here as soon as they become available.
