Drop-Seq analysis of P14 mouse retina single-cell suspension

A cell suspension was prepared from wild-type P14 mouse retinas, and single-cell mRNAseq libraries were generated with Drop-Seq. Drop-Seq was performed on four separate days using the same age (P14) and strain (C57BL/6). On day 1, replicate 1 was obtained. On day 2, replicates 2 and 3 were obtained. On day 3, replicates 4-6 were obtained. On day 4, replicate 7 was obtained.从野生型P14龄小鼠视网膜中制备细胞悬液，并通过微滴式单细胞测序（Drop-Seq）构建单细胞mRNA测序文库。该实验分四天开展，所有样本均采用相同日龄（P14）的C57BL/6品系小鼠。其中，第1天获得重复样本1；第2天获得重复样本2与3；第3天获得重复样本4至6；第4天获得重复样本7。
