Major Watersheds of Martha's Vineyard - Water Quality Rating

These boundaries were developed through a collaborative effort between the Martha's Vineyard Commission and SMAST during the MEP process. All parcel data is compiled by CAI Technologies per the MassGIS Level 3 parcel data standard. Most towns have their parcel data updated annually. However, all 6 Vineyard towns are updated at the same time. If you click on a parcel on the map, the pop-up info will indicate the Fiscal Year FY of the data. The assessor's info (i.e. owner, assessed value, etc.) associated with a parcel is a static export from the assessor's database at the time the parcel lines are updated annually.
