资源简介:
This study aimed to detect microbial community abundance and composition from deep down 4M to 10M and spraying out liquefied soil samples in Tainan, southern Taiwan. Soil samples were conducted immediately after 2010 JiaSian earthquake, monitored their physical characteristic and biological microbial community by 16S amplicon sequencing. The results revealed soil liquefaction layer dominant phylum Nitrospirae after three dominant phyla, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria were removed. Especially, genus H118, which is dominant in soil liquefaction layer, was detected neither in other soil depth nor spraying out liquefied soil. This finding not only provides valuable insights in microbiota composition changing in different soil depth after the earthquake, but further serves as a good indicator of monitoring liquefied soil.
