Quantitative metabolomic dataset of primary lung fibroblasts from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and control donors

Metabolomic profiling was performed using the same donor-matched IPF and control fibroblast samples analyzed in the proteomic study. Analyses were conducted by Human Metabolome Technologies, Inc. (HMT, Tsuruoka, Japan) using capillary electrophoresis time-of-flight mass spectrometry (CE–TOFMS).
